Never again!I just wanted to have my reiteigner glue it back on a loose spot.It took him 40 minutes to glue the spot properly (he removed it twice and glued it back on and when I went out and looked at the tooth in the mirror, I saw that a piece of the tooth had broken off! I was shocked and went back. When I was able to talk to the dentist, he just said with a gloating grin that it wasn't him. Hard to believe. He fiddles with the tooth for 40 minutes and then says it wasn't him. Who does he think he is, just because he's a doctor? He can be glad that I don't report him for assault, I mean the front tooth is immediately noticeable.So one day later, the reiteigner is loose again.

I have been bringing a client to Newstead Smiles and Dr Emad and Jasmin have been nothing but amazing! My client was a little nervous to begin with, but has been made feel totally at ease on each visit thanks to their patience, friendliness and professionalism. The clinic is always spotless and we are always greeted with a warm smile from the lovely ladies at the front! Amazing place to visit if you don’t typically enjoy going to the dentist.

Today I had my first appointment at Newstead Smiles with Dr Salman and what a great experience.From the moment my hand touched the door handle, I was greeted by the team that obviously love their job.The banter was fun and genuine as I wanted in their beautiful reception on a velvet lounge designed for a luxury hotel, not a dental surgery.As I waited the team were busy on the phones and almost by magic, I was whisked into the treatment room on time.Comfortable and relaxed is not a feeling I often associate with Dentist visits and it continued as I met the man behind the mask.Knowledgeable, friendly and clearly a caring guy, he talked me through the reading of my teeth before the clean and polish. His attention to detail is exactly what I’d expect from a dentist with his experience as they tentatively took care of teeth.Like paparazzi there were a few photographs of my smile, my teeth and before I knew it, the visit was over with a little gift bag to take home.If you’re looking for a genuine team to take care of your smile, I have no hesitation is recommending the team and Dr Emad Salam at Newstead Smiles located beside Bunnings Newstead.

Dr Emad is the real deal, he is a life changer. Fixed a tooth I was self conscious about for years in one appt. Keeps his focus on the patient and makes sure you’re all good. Receptionist is the best out there, patient and willing to answer any questions. Free sensodyne toothpaste in the lobby and get a Bunnings sausage next door after..what else do you want???

From when I walked in the door the level of profesionalism showed, receptionists highly knowlogeible. The Nurse was the same and very friendly as well. The Dentist Emad Eyal Salman I would highly recommend checked cleaned my teeth and whitened. Again attention to detail and total professionalism . The whitening is the best I've had . Thanks Team !

From the moment I walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the tone for what would be a delightful dental visit.Actually, it was even before the moment I walked in: Ena happily provided info via phone prior to my visit which made the decision to go with Newstead Smiles an easy one!The teeth whitening procedure itself was conducted with precision and care. I was in the best of hands with Dr Dawn Ng and Nena. I also had first choice of Netflix programming during the procedure. The results were nothing short of spectacular – my teeth were noticeably brighter and whiter. Now my smile really does sparkle!The easy parking facilities made my visit stress-free, and the central location added an extra layer of accessibility. This is a noteworthy advantage, especially for those with busy schedules looking for a hassle-free dental experience.I will be returning to Newstead Smiles for future dental needs, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a pleasant and effective dental experience.

As someone who is not comfortable in a dentists chair I have found their approach to be very supportive and they have gone above and beyond in making sure I am as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend Dr Emad! He is both professional and skilled in his craft. He goes the extra mile during appointments, with detailed explanations of the treatment plans and options, patient care is definitely a priority in this clinic. Highly recommend Newstead Smiles and Dr Emad. Came here for teeth whitening and to fix a wonky veneer from a different dentist. He was very welcoming, listened to me and provided constructive feedback on the overall look I was trying to accomplish. Really happy with the results and even though it took some time and changes to get there, he was nothing but patient and a pleasure to see.

Dr. Salman has been very patient and kind with me. Especially with the anxiety I have around getting procedures done to my teeth.Dr. Salman has also been extremely valuable in helping me navigate the difficult system of the DVA world.I highly recommend him for veterans need assistance with dental and bruxism treatment, such as bruxism injections and mouth guards. This includes letters to DVA.The whole team is fab!You’re definitely a permanent part of my treating healthcare team. Thank you for looking after me!

Changing to Newstead Smiles has transformed me from being the worst dentists coward to someone who now enjoys regular visits. I can’t tell you what an easy experience it is to have Dr Emad, the gentlest dentist ever, work on my teeth while I watch a TV episode of my choice on the ceiling screen. Whether you are scared of dentists or not I really recommend you meet Dr Emad and his lovely staff.

Even though it wasn’t part of my plan to go to the dentist while travelling, I couldn’t have had a better experience. Not only did I feel welcomed by the staff, but I also felt safe to ask questions to Dr Emad. Never have I ever had a better dentist as a person and as a doctor than Dr Emad. Despite the fact that I had four appointments only. I highly recommend this dental clinic to everyone and at the same occasion, you can distract yourself by watching Netflix during the examination.
