Supportive, affordable and kind. Really patient when explaining procedures too which is rare and super important when you're a bucket of nerves about dental procedures I like I am. I have been bringing a client to Newstead Smiles and Dr Emad and Jasmin have been nothing but amazing! My client was a little nervous to begin with, but has been made feel totally at ease on each visit thanks to their patience, friendliness and professionalism. The clinic is always spotless and we are always greeted with a warm smile from the lovely ladies at the front! Amazing place to visit if you don’t typically enjoy going to the dentist.

Today I had my first appointment at Newstead Smiles with Dr Salman and what a great experience.From the moment my hand touched the door handle, I was greeted by the team that obviously love their job.The banter was fun and genuine as I wanted in their beautiful reception on a velvet lounge designed for a luxury hotel, not a dental surgery.As I waited the team were busy on the phones and almost by magic, I was whisked into the treatment room on time.Comfortable and relaxed is not a feeling I often associate with Dentist visits and it continued as I met the man behind the mask.Knowledgeable, friendly and clearly a caring guy, he talked me through the reading of my teeth before the clean and polish. His attention to detail is exactly what I’d expect from a dentist with his experience as they tentatively took care of teeth.Like paparazzi there were a few photographs of my smile, my teeth and before I knew it, the visit was over with a little gift bag to take home.If you’re looking for a genuine team to take care of your smile, I have no hesitation is recommending the team and Dr Emad Salam at Newstead Smiles located beside Bunnings Newstead.

Dr Emad is the real deal, he is a life changer. Fixed a tooth I was self conscious about for years in one appt. Keeps his focus on the patient and makes sure you’re all good. Receptionist is the best out there, patient and willing to answer any questions. Free sensodyne toothpaste in the lobby and get a Bunnings sausage next door after..what else do you want???

From when I walked in the door the level of profesionalism showed, receptionists highly knowlogeible. The Nurse was the same and very friendly as well. I was in the best of hands with Dr Dawn Ng and Nena. I also had first choice of Netflix programming during the procedure. As someone who is not comfortable in a dentists chair I have found their approach to be very supportive and they have gone above and beyond in making sure I am as comfortable as possible. Newstead smiles is one of the best dentists I’ve ever been to. The team there is so gentle, kind, and patient. They made sure that I was okay with every procedure done to me and with every concerns that I had. They were also very upfront about the costs and treatment. An absolute safe space. They made my dental journey so comfortable.

Highly recommend Newstead Smiles and Dr Emad. Came here for teeth whitening and to fix a wonky veneer from a different dentist. He was very welcoming, listened to me and provided constructive feedback on the overall look I was trying to accomplish. Really happy with the results and even though it took some time and changes to get there, he was nothing but patient and a pleasure to see.
