At Newstead Smiles, we are committed to delivering safe, professional, and results-driven aesthetic treatments in a clinical environment. To ensure transparency and protect both patients and our practice, please read the following terms and conditions carefully before receiving treatment.
General Conditions
All patients must attend a complimentary consultation before undergoing any aesthetic procedure. During this appointment, your suitability, treatment options, dosage, potential risks, side effects, recovery, and pricing will be fully discussed.
You must disclose all relevant medical history, current medications, allergies, and any previous cosmetic treatments to ensure your safety and eligibility.
Results vary between individuals and are dependent on factors including age, skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to post-treatment care.
Treatments
Anti-wrinkle and dermal filler treatments are prescription-based and administered only after consultation and medical clearance.
Masseter, gummy smile, bunny lines, chin, and DAO injections are provided only when clinically indicated.
All injectables (anti-wrinkle, dermal fillers, dissolving, and skin boosters) are non-refundable once administered.
Treatment packages and promotions are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
Treatment pricing is indicative and may vary depending on the number of units/syringes required or additional areas treated.
Dissolving & Revisions
Dissolving of previous filler is only available to current Newstead Smiles patients and requires assessment.
Reversal or adjustment of filler is subject to a separate fee and is not included in original treatment pricing.
We reserve the right to decline requests for dissolving filler treated by another clinic.
ZO Skin Health
Skin peels and ZO® medical-grade skincare treatments are non-invasive treatments and pricing depends on the chosen protocol.
Results from skin boosters and peels vary depending on skin condition, lifestyle, and skincare compliance.
Treatment Timing
All appointment durations are approximate. Delays due to health, response to treatment, or individual concerns may affect treatment time.
Results may take up to 2 weeks to fully appear, and maintenance is typically required every 3–6 months for anti-wrinkle treatments, or 6–12 months for fillers.
Payments & Policies
All services must be paid in full at the time of treatment.
We accept major health funds for dental services only — cosmetic injectables are not covered by Medicare or private dental insurance.
All prices are in AUD and include GST.
Missed appointments or cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.
Liability
While we follow the highest safety and hygiene protocols, no aesthetic procedure is without risk.
By proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge understanding the possible side effects such as bruising, swelling, allergic reaction, asymmetry, or unsatisfactory aesthetic outcomes.
Newstead Smiles and its practitioners are not liable for results that do not meet subjective expectations once treatment is consented to and delivered appropriately.
